We do not ask for claim-file contents or national identity numbers through the public contact form. Do not include sensitive claim data in website messages.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage engagements, improve the website (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal obligations under Malaysian law.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Engagement-related records follow retention periods in the letter of engagement and applicable professional requirements, typically not less than seven years for working papers.
Sharing
We may share data with IT hosting providers under contract, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Malaysia, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
