Origin
EnergyCortex Digital began as a claims accounting desk practice in Johor Bahru. Early clients asked for help tying motor and medical claim payments to the general ledger after migrations between claims applications left posting rules poorly documented. That work still shapes how we staff every engagement.
What we stand for
We read claim files before we talk about controls. Findings are written in the language finance committees already use — account codes, periods, exception counts — not in abstract maturity scores. When an application extract is wrong, we say so plainly and show the rows.
People and approach
Our fieldwork mix includes claims accounting specialists and reviewers who have spent years inside insurer and TPA month-end routines in Malaysia. Engagements are led by a named partner who stays with the file from scoping to final briefing.
We work from Level 8, 42 Jalan Stesen, Johor Bahru, Johor 80000, with travel across Peninsular Malaysia when sample files must be read on site.
